Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original ALFIE packaging ensuring all tags are attached, then print and secure the provided prepaid shipping label.
Drop Off Your Return
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
